About Me

Life has consistently placed me in leadership roles within demanding environments, from the Marine Corps to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and coaching. Through those experiences, I’ve learned that the most effective tool a leader can have is simple: people over process.

While systems and frameworks matter, lasting impact comes from understanding the person in front of you. By taking the time to listen, build trust, and understand what motivates people, I’ve been able to help others grow, overcome challenges, and make confident decisions that move them forward.

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt, coach, and competitor, I’ve spent years developing discipline, resilience, and composure under pressure. I’ve coached over 100 athletes, led women’s classes from a young age, competed in demanding environments, and learned firsthand that meaningful growth rarely comes from comfort.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that people are simpler than we often make them out to be. At their core, people want to be seen, understood, and supported. Whether someone is stepping onto the mats for the first time, pursuing a fitness goal, navigating a major life decision, or investing in themselves through a coaching program, they want confidence that someone genuinely understands where they are and where they want to go.

That belief is what led me to sales.

What excites me about sales isn’t convincing people to buy. It’s helping people connect the dots between where they are today and where they want to be tomorrow. I understand how intimidating it can be to invest in yourself, make a major decision, or take a leap of faith. My goal is to create conversations where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to make the decision that’s right for them.

Today, I’m actively developing my skills through She Sells Academy while applying what I learn through outreach, membership conversations, and community growth at Warriors Combat Fitness. I bring a unique combination of leadership, coachability, communication, and genuine care for people, all backed by a lifelong commitment to personal growth.

I may be newer to high-ticket sales, but I’m not new to discipline, accountability, difficult conversations, or helping people become the best version of themselves.

My philosophy remains the same in every environment:

People over process. Trust over pressure. Growth over comfort.
